All parcels are sent in plain packaging with no indication of what's inside.

Mostly we use AusPost standard prepaid packaging, and occasionally we use recycled packaging. 

​

There's nothing on the package that says The Shed, or anything trans related.

Orders are sent within 1-2 days, shipped and tracked with AusPost. 

​

When your order is posted, you'll get an email with a tracking link for you to see the status of your package.

Delivery time frames are the standard AusPost timeframes, most things arrive within a week but can take longer for places further afield. We lodge our post from Melbourne. 

Our shop is run entirely by volunteers, so your order is picked and packed with love on behalf of our community.

WIth no staffing costs, all our profits go directly back into running our group and supporting the community. 

​

You'll be helping us run peer support, our binder programme, events like Trans Day of Remembrance, and other community support by and for trans masc and non binary people.
